How We Started
828 Real Estate started as a dream, in fact, a decade-long dream. Our owner, Sarah Long, joined the real estate world of the High Country in 2007. Formerly a theatre arts teacher in Charlotte, NC, she was told she “had the personality of a real estate agent.” Not long after, she found herself in the industry in Boone!
After 10 years of working with other agencies, Sarah started 828 Real Estate in 2018. She wanted to create an environment that was unlike the rest: an environment built on community.
Our Environment
828 Real Estate strives to foster a community between not only their clients, but also with each other. It is important for us to know the stories of our co-workers and what is going on in their lives. We don’t just sell homes, we build relationships.
We all love it here in the High Country! We want to share that love with our clients and provide them with the best chance of finding their dream property.
