Living Around Valle Cay
The area was once known as ‘Tester Mountain’ and was home to about 7 families before
transitioning into Rosasco Tree Farm around 1970. In the spring of 1987, Appster Properties
acquired the area and transformed it into the lush, luxury community we know as Valle Cay.
The Historic area of Valle Crucis has much to offer from the Original Mast General Store, Valle
Crucis Park (live music in the summer and art/fall festivals!) and great restaurants such as Over
Yonder.
