Celebrating 3 Years of 828 Real Estate

Owner of 828 Real Estate, Sarah Long with NC Realtors Susan Stelling and Corrinne Loucks at the opening of 828 Real Estate in 2018.

The 828 Real Estate office held its official ribbon-cutting ceremony on June 2, 2018! It was Sarah Long’s dream to have her own brokerage located on King Street in Downtown Boone.

Since that day, we’ve grown into an office of 6 agents who serve the High Country with passion and integrity. We continue to strive to be a premiere agency that serves our clients to the best of our abilities in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina.

Here are some great memories to look back on.

Hosting the Valle Crucis Community Park Concert Series

Supporting the local community is more important than ever! 828 Real Estate is proud to support Valle Crucis Community Park and the music community through their concert series.

In 2020, 828 Real Estate sponsored the concert series’ Tiny Porch version. Due to COVID-19, the concert was live-streamed with a small in-person audience at 182 Lower Crab Orchard Rd.

Be on the lookout for the 2024 concert we will sponsor!

Adding 3 New Faces in 2020

The year of 2020 was difficult for many reasons, but we did have some great new faces join our office! Tricia Hall and Lindsay Pinckney both came on as new agents.

We helped over 121 clients achieve their real estate goals and our relationships grew stronger!

828 Real Estate Pups

The High Country is very dog friendly, and our office adores pups! We’ve featured our dogs all over our Instagram and Facebook pages. Emmie Lou, “Lulu,” is our office dog! She can be seen peeking through the window and front door to welcome all of our clients.

Fellowship

The relationships we make with our clients are just as important as the ones we make with each other. We strive to build relationships in our community by giving back and volunteering.

Over the past three years, we’ve hosted baby showers, birthday parties, holiday celebrations and many other events to build our friendships.

Here are some photos of those wonderful times:
