What $500,000 Gets You in High Country North Carolina Real Estate

Light and airy kitchen with white trim and light green walls.

The High Country has seen a major surge in real estate sales in the last year and a half. People from all over are scooping up the limited inventory we have.

Sometimes our buyers pay way over the asking price to make sure they get what they want. This has caused many clients to ask, “Will we be able to find something when we are ready to buy?”

This led to me doing a search and asking the question: What does $500,000 get you in the High Country?
