Welcome to Tree Top Lodge. This remarkable home is a sight to behold; in the heart of Boone, its history and character will captivate the soul. Beautiful hand laid stonework surrounds the expansive outdoor patio and is brought within the dining room. Upon entering you will feel like you have stepped back in time. Original hardwoods and hand crafted doors enhance the feeling of being in a traditional Appalachian home. This 6 bedroom property offers plenty of living space inside and out. Outdoor entertaining is a breeze with two built in grills with stone chimneys off the dining room and the 743sqft patio. This wooded lot allows for privacy, while conveniently close to all the amenities downtown Boone offers. A large sunroom off the living room is a wonderful space to read a book, take in the magnificent autumn foliage or just sip morning coffee and relax. The recently renovated lower level offers a large bedroom en suite with an indoor entrance from the main living area and a private entrance off the oversized garage. It is nearly impossible to find a property like this one, call or email for a showing today.
The first Friday of every month the Downtown Boone Development Association hosts a first Friday event. In the warmer months there is even live music on the lawn of the Historic Jones house.
