This lot has no restrictions and has Well and Septic in place. You will see the well head, that can be easily re-wired to begin pumping water again. The septic tank is clearly marked with a red marker. The retaining wall is still in great shape and the lot is level and cleared. This lot is ready for a tiny home, air stream, mobile home or whatever you want to make it's new home! Electric was run to the lot at one point, as evident by the power pole that remains. The location makes it easy for someone that doesn't want a long commute to town. Grocery stores, shopping, movie theatre, restaurants, and the AppalCart route are only a mile from the property. Don't let this little bundle pass you by!
